By purchasing the On-Demand Graphics Punchcard, you agree to the terms below. Nothing scary, just clarity so we both feel good about this collaboration.

1. What You’re Buying

Graphic Design Punchcard

You get:

• 10 punches, good toward 10 standalone graphics
• A branding form to get me oriented to your brand before requests begin
• Graphics designed in your brand style, delivered typically within 1-2 business days per design

This punchcard is for standalone graphics only, single social posts, blog images, one-off assets. It does not cover multi-post sets, campaigns, or anything requiring a cohesive visual narrative. Those fall under my Static 9 Grid or 3 Pinned Posts offers instead.

2. How Punches Work

• Each standard graphic uses 1 punch
• Simple edits (a text tweak, color swap, sizing adjustment) are included at no extra punch
• A full redesign (new concept or layout) uses another punch
• Complex requests may use 2 punches, I’ll let you know before I start
• Carousels use at least 2 punches, and may use more depending on complexity, I’ll confirm the exact count before starting

3. Submitting Requests

All requests are submitted through the provided form, one graphic per form.

I work in rotation. You can submit as many requests as you want, but if others are waiting, I’ll rotate through everyone’s queue instead of clearing one person’s stack first. If no one else is in line, I’ll knock yours out back to back.

Typical turnaround is 1-2 business days per design.

4. Your Punchcard Timeline

Your 10 punches are valid for 60 days from your date of purchase.

Unused punches expire at the end of the 60 days and are not refunded or extended.

One punchcard covers one brand. If you have more than one business, each one needs its own card.

5. Refund Policy

Because this is custom creative work, all sales are final.

If you don’t use all your punches within the 60-day window, refunds aren’t offered for unused punches.

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute for this offer.

6. File Ownership & Usage

You are free to use your graphics:

• On Instagram
• On your website
• In your marketing

Forever and ever and ever.

You may not resell or repurpose the graphics or any design files to create deliverables for other people.

7. Communication

My regular working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm ET, Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays).

All communication happens by email.

I’ll respond as quickly as possible during working hours, but please allow up to 24 business hours for a reply.

Communication is meant for request submissions, questions, and clarifications. New creative direction outside of the request form, expanded scope, or additional assets should be submitted through a new request.

8. Legal Stuff I Have To Say

Usage Rights

You receive personal and commercial rights to use the designs created for you. You may not resell, license, or distribute my templates or design files to others.

Portfolio + Publicity

You agree that I may share the final designs or in-progress graphics in my portfolio, marketing materials, and social media. I will never share private assets, login details, or personal information.

Responsibility for Results

Once the final files are delivered, you take full responsibility for how you use, publish, schedule, upload, caption, or implement your graphics. I am not responsible for account performance, visibility, engagement, or outcomes. I do not guarantee any specific results, growth, or performance from the use of your designs.

Independent Contractor Status

I am working as an independent contractor. This package does not create an employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency arrangement.

Governing Law

Any disputes relating to this offer will follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

9. Your Agreement

By checking the box at checkout in Thrivecart, you agree that:

• You understand your punchcard includes 10 punches, valid for 60 days from purchase
• You understand carousels and complex requests may use more than 1 punch
• You understand this punchcard covers standalone graphics only, not cohesive multi-post sets or campaigns
• You understand all sales are final, including unused punches after 60 days
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute
• You agree not to resell or distribute the graphics or design files to others
