How does a custom project work?
You book a consult call where we figure out all the deets + get your scheduled on my calendar.
We start with a kick off meeting so I can start brainstorming about your project.
I send over some ideas to make sure I'm on the right track and we're on the same page.
Then I get to work creating all the content and designs that are gonna make your project rad.
We do a round of revisions if needed and then you give the final approval.
Dance party!!! (totally optional, but highly recommended)
I try to only work with one client at a time so I can give you my undivided attention.

Questions + Answers
Why do you work with clients one at a time?
I have ADHD so I like to hyperfocus on one project at a time. And real talk: I have my monthly clients to think about too. I don't want to spread myself too thin so that you can get my full creative attention on your project.
How available do I need to be?
We'll communicate primarily over email and Voxer. I'll send things over for approval, and we can talk it out on Voxer if we need to. We might even hop on a quick Zoom call during the project to review the work in progress in needed. But I'll be doing all the heavy lifting!
How quickly do I have to approve things?
You'll be making big decisions and I don't want you to feel too rushed. But we'll outline the dates for the entire project before we get to work, so there won't be any surprises.
What's Voxer?
OMG! It's THE best. Voxer's an app that we can use to send voice memos, and messages to each other. It’s a quick way to ask questions and get feedback so we can keep rolling with your project. You’ll also have access to me for two weeks after your project is delivered in case you have any questions pop up!
What do I have to do beforehand?
It looks a little different for everyone, but basically you'll need to gather up all the things I'll need for your project. It's usually photos, google doc outlines, your brand info, you know, stuff like that.

I'm worried about the investment...
I get it. I'm a lady on a budget too. But I do think having a renewed confidence in how you show up online is going to help you in all aspects of your business. I realize it's an investment, and I don't take it lightly. And remember, there's no-interest payment plans if you need them.
