By purchasing the 3 Pinned Posts Package, you agree to the terms below. Nothing scary, just clarity so we both feel good about this collaboration.
3 Pinned Posts Package ($350 USD):
You get:
• 3 custom-designed pinned posts
• 3 caption drafts
• A simple strategy for what all three should communicate
• Canva template files + editable captions
• Training videos showing you how to update or tweak them
This package does not include revision rounds.
If I make an actual error (typo, wrong detail, broken link, etc), I’ll absolutely fix it.
Otherwise, everything is fully editable so you can DIY any tweaks you want or hand them off to a VA.
Full revision rounds are not part of this offer.
You have full editing access to update anything you want inside Canva or Google Docs.
If you want revisions from me, updates, or expanded deliverables later (like multiple versions or carousels to support your pinned posts), that happens through a Mini Design Day.
An optional Mini Design Day can be added on after you purchase this 3 Pinned Posts Package.
Mini Design Days are and optional add on, purchased separately for $350 USD.
It can be used for:
• Revisions or tweaks you want me to make
• Updated versions of your pinned posts
• Additional strategic updates
• Extra graphics that support your pinned posts (ex: promo graphics, related post variations)
• Carousel posts (if you want them — up to 12 graphics)
Mini Design Days are booked separately and based on availability.
Mini Design Days also do not include revision rounds.
This offer is completed in two phases:
• Strategy + asset collection
• Design day
The timeline looks like this:
The faster you complete your steps, the sooner your day can be booked.
Delays in receiving your questionnaire or assets will delay your design day and delivery.
On your scheduled design day, I work asynchronously and deliver your pinned posts by 2pm ET.
You do not need to be available that day.
Your design day cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.
You have 90 days from purchase to complete your questionnaire, upload your assets, and be ready to book your design day. If 90 days pass without the required materials submitted, the project will be considered closed so I can keep my workflow clear and focused.
If you’d like to reopen your project after the 90 day window, there is a $250 restart fee, and we begin again from the strategy stage.
Because this is custom creative work, all sales are final.
If you change your mind, don’t submit your assets, or decide not to use pinned posts after all, refunds aren’t offered.
I’m committed to delivering beautiful, strategic designs… and you’re committed to showing up with the materials I need to create them.

You are free to use your designs:
• On Instagram
• On your website
• In your marketing
Forever and ever and ever.
You may not resell or repurpose the templates to create deliverables for other people.
My regular working hours are 8am to 2pm ET, Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays).
All communication happens by email, Loom, or Voxer.
I’ll respond as quickly as possible during working hours, but please allow up to 24 business hours for a reply.
Voxer and Loom messages should be kept reasonably concise so communication stays clear and manageable, and communication access ends once your design day is complete.
Because this package does not include revision rounds, communication is meant for questions and clarifications only. I do not offer live design support or real time editing as part of this offer.
You receive personal and commercial rights to use the designs created for you. You may not resell, license, or distribute my templates or design files to others.
You agree that I may share the final designs or in-progress graphics in my portfolio, marketing materials, and social media. I will never share private assets, login details, or personal information.
Once the final files are delivered, you take full responsibility for how you use, publish, schedule, upload, caption, or implement your graphics. I am not responsible for account performance, visibility, engagement, or outcomes. I do not guarantee any specific results, growth, or performance from the use of your designs.
I am working as an independent contractor. This package does not create an employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency arrangement.
Any disputes relating to this offer will follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
