Terms & Conditions for the 3 Pinned Posts

Hey hey… let’s make this official.
By purchasing the 3 Pinned Posts Package, you agree to the terms below. Nothing scary, just clarity so we both feel good about this collaboration.

1. What You’re Buying

3 Pinned Posts Package:

You get:

• 3 custom-designed pinned posts
• A custom GPT to help you plan your 3 posts + write your captions
• Video walkthroughs on how to use your GPT

2. No Revisions Included

This package does not include revision rounds.

If I make an actual error, I’ll absolutely fix it.

Otherwise, everything is delivered as fully editable deliverables so you can DIY any tweaks you want or hand them off to a VA.

3. Optional Mini Design Day Add-Ons

An optional Mini Design Day can be added on after you purchase this 3 Pinned Posts Package.
Mini Design Days are and optional add on, purchased separately for $250 USD.

It can be used for:

• Revisions or tweaks you want me to make
• Captions for your 3 pinned posts
• Adding extra graphics to create Carousels (up to 10 additional graphics)

Mini Design Days are booked separately and based on availability.
Mini Design Days also do not include revision rounds.

4. Your Timeline & Responsibilities

The timeline looks like this:

You’ll immediately get access to the GPT for planning + captions
You’ll send me your finalized plan, and any assets I’ll need for your graphics
You book your Design Day (your delivery date), and I create everything behind the scenes leading up to it. Design days are scheduled based on availability and are typically booked a few weeks out.
Your finished designs are delivered by 2pm ET on your Design Day (your delivery date).

There’s no need for you to finish your captions before booking your design day, all I need is the plan to get started!

The faster you complete your steps, the sooner your day can be booked.

Delays in receiving your plan or assets will delay your design day and delivery.

You’re responsible for providing usable image assets. If images are low resolution, cropped incorrectly, or unsuitable for design, the final graphic quality may be affected.

Content Submission & Workflow

All content, ideas, and assets must be submitted through the provided form and designated folders.

This workflow is designed to keep your project organized, efficient, and on track.

Additional documents, playbooks, or detailed specifications outside of this process will not be reviewed or incorporated into your designs as part of this package.

If you’d like support reviewing or implementing additional materials, this can be done through a separate Mini Design Day.

5. Delivery Timeline

Your designs are created asynchronously behind the scenes leading up to your Design Day and delivered by 2pm ET.

You do not need to be available that day.

Your design day cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of your scheduled Design Day.

You have 90 days from purchase to complete your plan, upload your assets, and be ready to book your design day. If 90 days pass without the required materials submitted, the project will be considered closed to keep my workflow clear and focused.

If you’d like to reopen your project after the 90 day window, you’ll have to purchase it again at the current rate.

6. Refund Policy

Because this is access to a custom GPT and custom creative work, all sales are final.

If you change your mind, don’t submit your assets, or decide not to use pinned posts after all, refunds aren’t offered.

I’m committed to delivering beautiful, strategic designs… and you’re committed to showing up with the materials I need to create them.

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute for this offer.

7. File Ownership & Usage

You are free to use your designs:

• On Instagram
• On your website
• In your marketing
Forever and ever and ever.

You may not resell or repurpose the templates to create deliverables for other people.

8. Communication

My regular working hours are 8am to 2pm ET, Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays).

All communication happens by email, Loom, or Voxer.
I’ll respond as quickly as possible during working hours, but please allow up to 24 business hours for a reply.

Voxer and Loom messages should be kept reasonably concise so communication stays clear and manageable, and communication access ends once your designs have been delivered.

Because this package does not include revision rounds, communication is meant for questions and clarifications only. I do not offer live design support or real time editing as part of this offer.

Communication is not intended for submitting new creative direction, additional assets, or expanded project scope.

9. Legal Stuff I Have To Say

Usage Rights

You receive personal and commercial rights to use the designs created for you. You may not resell, license, or distribute my templates or design files to others.

Portfolio + Publicity

You agree that I may share the final designs or in-progress graphics in my portfolio, marketing materials, and social media. I will never share private assets, login details, or personal information.

Responsibility for Results

Once the final files are delivered, you take full responsibility for how you use, publish, schedule, upload, caption, or implement your graphics. I am not responsible for account performance, visibility, engagement, or outcomes. I do not guarantee any specific results, growth, or performance from the use of your designs.

Independent Contractor Status

I am working as an independent contractor. This package does not create an employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency arrangement.

Governing Law

Any disputes relating to this offer will follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

10. Your Agreement

By checking the box at checkout in Thrivecart, you agree that:

• You understand this package includes 0 revisions from me
• You understand your Design Day is your delivery date and designs are delivered by 2pm ET.
• You agree to provide required assets on time
• You understand all sales are final
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute
• You agree not to resell or distribute templates to others
• You’re ready to glow up your Insta like a boss
